Title: Production Intern
Classification: Nonexempt
Salary*: $18.50/hr
Schedule*: Onsite
Location: Van Nuys, CA
DÔEN is looking for a dynamic Production Intern to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is on site/in office and will report to our Director of Production. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports Production Team in day-to-day functions
- Pulling and filing of approved swatches, lab dips, trim submits
- Logging and entering submit & tracking details into WIPs
- Organizing Submits & Seasonal Binders
- Building Presentation Board
- Check sample tags to ensure all information is filled in
- Sending out packages & providing Tracking Information to Production Team
- Shadowing Assistants, Coordinators and Production Managers for specific duties
Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly growing company
- Strong communication skills and ability to solicit feedback

Minimum Requirements
- Must be able to be in office a minimum of 4 days a week; full schedule to be determined with supervisors.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation
- Periods sitting at a desk, typing, sketching and working on a computer
- Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs
- Able to walk, sit and stand for periods of time
- Able to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones
- Must be able to access various areas of a given location
