Great Opportunity for Seasonal/Summer help at MI Windows and Doors in Millersburg, PA!

NEED to be 16 to 18 years of age to be considered.

General Purpose:

 To safely and efficiently take care of the campus grounds and light campus facility maintenance.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities: 

·         Inside and outside painting.

·         Pick up debris all around the internal/external area of both buildings.

·         Sweep and maintain the shop floor.

·         Work with maintenance team on 5S projects.

·         Check and maintain entrance areas.

·         Maintain housekeeping in building as needed.

·         General duties as needed.

General Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

·         Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions, standard procedures, etc.

·         Ability to work in weather elements and conditions.

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.

·         Capability to stand and move frequently.

·         Possess a collaborative, team-driven attitude.

·          A good attendance record and a team mindset is critical.

·         Be precision-driven, and able to comply with all quality and safety requirements.
