Production Cook

We are seeking passionate and dependable Production Cooks of all experience levels to join our Banquet and Production kitchen teams. Whether you are just beginning your culinary career or an experienced cook looking to grow your skills, we welcome individuals eager to learn, contribute, and be part of a collaborative team. Production Cooks prepare and cook high-quality food according to established recipes, standards, and procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Pay rate: $15-$18/hr.

We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling options available.

Key Responsibilities  

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and proper food safety procedures.
• Set up and maintain an organized, well-stocked workstation throughout each shift.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure food is prepared accurately and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and temperature-control procedures while helping maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For  

• 1 + years of experience in a high-volume restaurant/food/concessions outlet production kitchen is preferred, or experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.
• Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs. without restriction.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
