Production Bindery and Packaging (seasonal)

Job Details: Job Location: IDAHO FALLS - IDAHO FALLS, ID, Salary Range: $14.00 - $14.00Hourly, The 4th quarter of the year is our busiest time of year.  Because of this, we are looking for three full time seasonal roles to work from the beginning of October until Christmas.  The hours would be Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.  

We have a $300 stay bonus in place for those that stay until the end of the season.  There may be times that overtime will be needed and based on order volume, there may be some Saturdays mornings that are needed if people are available.  

This role works in the bindery and packaging department doing a variety of tasks to complete customer orders.  The role will involve packaging print products into boxes or containers that are going directly to a customer.  It will also include counting, sorting, shrink wrapping, booklet making, lamination, creasing/folding, cutting, and quality control. 

If someone is willing and able to learn new things and interested in moving around the customer volume, there are additional cross training options.  If someone performs well during the season, does not have attendance issues and have learned mulitple areas, it could lead to a full time permanent role with the organization.  We have great benefits and are looking for people who have great work ethic, are scrappy and willing to do what it takes for our customers.

Qualifications: Responsibilities

Will do a variety of production functions such as assembly, packaging, processing and counting orders, etc.

Work Schedules and Arrangements

Onsite position
Hourly wage is $14 per hour with a $300 stay bonus paid out at the end of the season.
Hours

9am-5pm Monday through Friday
