AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the driving force expanding Trimble’s Supplier Xchange platform and content syndication network across North America, directly shaping digital procurement workflows for major Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) distributors and manufacturers.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Spearhead strategic sales initiatives to expand Trimble’s content syndication and digital procurement network across targeted territories.

• Communicate compelling value propositions to high-level stakeholders at MEP distributors and building product manufacturers to generate dynamic new business.

• Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, consistently surpassing annual revenue targets.

• Partner directly with supply chain product marketing and cross-functional teams to continuously capitalize on industry developments and pipeline growth.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of successful sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

• Strong expertise selling software, products, or services within the construction supply chain ecosystem.

• Proven negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM platforms and modern collaboration tools.

Bonus Points For:

• Direct background in E-commerce, Product Information Management (PIM), or SaaS solutions within construction.

• Prior experience selling directly to contractors, building product manufacturers, or MEP distributors.

Logistics:

Location: Remote-US

Travel Requirement: Up to 50% (average 20%)

Compensations: $180,000 - $190,000 +/- OTE; Salary + Commission

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
