Job Description
Product Operations Manager
Remote – Home Based
Job Summary
We’re partnering with a company in the SaaS space to find a Product Operations Manager. This role is responsible for establishing and operationalizing the frameworks, processes, and cross-functional coordination required to successfully deliver and scale an existing product portfolio and partner-enabled offerings.
This role is focused on ensuring operational readiness for existing products and releases—not defining product strategy or roadmap direction. You’ll work closely with Product, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure enhancements, integrations, and partner solutions are implementable, supportable, and scalable.
You’ll also ensure customer feedback is continuously integrated into operational planning and execution through structured engagement with internal and external Product Advisory Councils.
This role operates in close partnership with a senior product leader focused on new product development and launch initiatives, ensuring clear ownership across the product lifecycle.
This is an individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy and influence, responsible for driving alignment and accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.

-
Translate product enhancements and partner initiatives into clear operational plans, including workflows, ownership, and delivery models
-
Establish and maintain structured customer feedback loops, incorporating insights from internal and external Product Advisory Councils into operational planning
-
Identify and resolve gaps between product design and real-world customer usage
-
Define and track key metrics related to readiness, operational efficiency, and partner performance
-
Provide clear communication on readiness status, risks, and dependencies to internal stakeholders and leadership
-
Continuously improve processes and frameworks to reduce friction and support scale
Stakeholders / Customers
-
Conduct market research and interview customers to obtain product feedback, inform go-to-market strategy, and validate customer profiles
-
Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering
-
Collaborate with external partners (e.g., AG Mednet, Pharmaseal, ThoughtSphere) to ensure successful execution and delivery of integrated solutions
Education and Experience
