WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director with a strong background in enterprise software positioning, strategic GTM execution, and AI-enabled workflows. Someone who is deeply comfortable operating in complex technical domains, driving data-driven decision-making, and shaping go-to-market strategy with an ownership mentality. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, this role serves as a critical bridge between our product, engineering, and field teams as we win together across global markets.

The ideal candidate will be a true product marketer who innovates continuously, skilled in translating complex technology into differentiated positioning, clear messaging, and AI-driven go-to-market enablement. Deep experience in the Customer Data Platform (CDP) or broader MarTech space is required, as this role demands extreme accountability for trusted outcomes, deep customer empathy, and the ability to articulate platform value to both technical and executive business audiences.

Strong, transparent communication and narrative-building skills are essential. You will leverage modern AI tools to scale high-impact content, lead webinars, and foster authentic relationships cross-functionally and externally. By bringing a relentless desire to learn incessantly and value diverse perspectives, you will elevate team performance, empower field execution, and ensure measurable business impact.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Architect and deliver compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Tealium’s data platform, tailoring narratives to technical and business stakeholders.

• Orchestrate cross-functional go-to-market launches and feature updates, partnering seamlessly with product, engineering, and sales to deliver trusted outcomes and measurable adoption.

• Translate complex technical capabilities into value-driven customer narratives and competitive differentiators, maintaining true subject-matter expertise across the CDP and MarTech ecosystem.

• Leverage modern AI tools and automated workflows to efficiently generate high-impact technical enablement assets, deep-dive content, and integration briefs for developer and enterprise audiences.

• Empower field teams with strategic sales collateral, battlecards, and objection-handling resources, communicating transparently to accelerate pipeline velocity and win together.

• Represent product marketing in customer advisory discussions, webinars, and industry events, confidently engaging diverse global audiences from data engineers to CMOs.

• Analyze market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making and continuously refine strategy and positioning.

• Partner closely with demand generation and content teams to align messaging consistency across digital campaigns, web experiences, and events while celebrating collective wins.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

• 7+ years of progressive product marketing, technical marketing, or partner marketing experience within B2B enterprise SaaS.

• Deep domain expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), MarTech, data integration, APIs, or cloud infrastructure, with a passion for learning incessantly.

• Demonstrated fluency with AI productivity tools and modern generative AI workflows to scale content creation, research, and go-to-market execution.

• Proven ownership mentality with a track record of driving complex projects independently, taking accountability for trusted outcomes, and executing with urgency.

• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable GTM initiatives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, grounded in transparent communication, active listening, and authentic stakeholder engagement.

• Collaborative growth mindset with a commitment to winning together, valuing diversity of thought, and building strong cross-functional partnerships.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY

 In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn't a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants.

The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:

• Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options. 

• Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision,  life, and disability insurance. 

• Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan and are eligible to receive contributions for company matching.

• Employees are eligible for flexible paid time-off and extended paid parental leave. 

• We offer 11 paid holidays annually with an additional Healium Be-Well break for most employees.

• We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs. 

• Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:

  • Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.

  • Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.

  • Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

Compensation Range- $170,000- $210,000 + Variable + Equity Options
