Job Summary: 

Reltio is hiring a Product Marketing Director to own the Reltio product story: the narrative, positioning, and competitive frame that shape how Data and IT leaders invest in context intelligence — the trusted, connected view of core business data that determines whether enterprise AI delivers real outcomes. Reltio is in a new phase of growth as an SAP company, and this role owns two areas that directly shape go-to-market — the product value story we take to CIOs, Chief Data Officers, and data and analytics leaders, and the critical role that Reltio plays in SAP's innovation story. 

This role plays a key role in translating Reltio’s category-defining innovation into compelling storytelling, narrative and market impact across go-to-market motions.  With Reltio’s capabilities unlocking context intelligence, and the reach that we can have as an SAP company, we are looking for a hands-on leader who can shape the story, scale the content that activates it, and drive impact cross-functionally across Reltio and SAP teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Product narrative and messaging architecture. Own the horizontal message hierarchy from category-level positioning down through capability messaging, crafting differentiated messaging across core personas.
• Messaging and narrative alignment across SAP product teams. This role serves as a key connection point to our SAP counterparts, ensuring Reltio is represented in the right SAP product content, launch activities, campaigns, and joint go-to-market motions.
• Competitive intelligence for the data management market. Run the competitive intelligence program end-to-end and arm our field and product teams with differentiated positioning, enablement, and insights through win/loss programs that feed back into messaging and roadmap. 
• Product launch strategy. Partner with product to define launch narrative and produce deliverables in collaboration with product and go-to-market teams. 
• Content strategy and high-impact assets. Set the content agenda prioritized by personas and create inspiring and compelling customer-facing content, including presentations, blogs, webinars, thought leadership content, demos, and videos to communicate the unique value of our product to core audiences. 
• Crafting the customer journey across touchpoints. Collaborate with and support the demand generation, partner marketing, and digital team to deliver integrated campaigns that engage more prospects and move them down the sales funnel
• Field enablement. Shape how the field tells the Reltio story. You'll define the positioning, competitive framing, and use cases that enablement builds from, and translate them into impactful content that scales across the GTM organization.
• Serve as a spokesperson and evangelist—presenting at events and webinars, authoring blog posts and thought leadership, and championing the technology both within SAP and across the global community.

Skills You Must Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or an IT/software-related field required. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B enterprise software, ideally in technical marketing, platform marketing roles. 
• Talented storyteller who crafts compelling narratives that engage Data/IT audiences and move them from consideration to purchase, grounded in a solid understanding of our product messaging.
• Proven strategic thinker who solves for clear business outcomes and plans programs that deliver against those.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and drive alignment cross-functionally to deliver excellent execution of high-impact programs.
• Resourceful operator with a proven track record of high-quality work and ability to execute multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively, and prioritize for impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong public speaking and presentation skills, and attention to detail in messaging and work outputs.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions and experience with selling to tech leaders
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a passion for measurement and metrics
• Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to pick up and lead new projects.
• Bonus points for knowledge of/experience in life sciences or manufacturing industries.

Skills That Are Nice to Have:  

• Product marketing experience in data management technologies in a  SaaS environment. 
• Experience with SaaS solutions in data management, data governance, AI, and analytics technologies.
• Experience working within or alongside SAP, or within a large platform partner or hyperscaler ecosystem, on joint messaging, launches, and campaigns.
• Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and methodologies.

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. Overall Market Range$138,000—$255,000 USD
