Product Marketing Director

About the role

Go Fish Digital is seeking a Product Marketing Director to define how its products and services are positioned in the market and why they matter to customers. This is a newly created, highly visible role that reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and partners directly with product, marketing, and sales leadership.

The successful candidate will build Go Fish Digital's product marketing function, defining positioning, messaging, and sales enablement that give every solution a compelling market story and every sales team the confidence to sell it.

What you'll do

• Develop and own positioning and messaging across Go Fish Digital's portfolio of products and services.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, service offerings, and strategic initiatives.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including battle cards, case studies, presentations, competitive insights, and customer-facing collateral.
• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles through customer research, market analysis, and commercial feedback.
• Partner with product, content, creative, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and customer experiences.
• Conduct competitive research to strengthen product positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Translate technical capabilities into customer-focused messaging that clearly communicates business value.
• Establish feedback loops with sales and product teams to continuously improve messaging and go-to-market effectiveness.
• Measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and recommend opportunities for optimization.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in product marketing.
• Expertise in product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement.
• Experience marketing technical products, platforms, or technology-enabled services.
• Demonstrated success creating sales enablement programs that improve commercial effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, buyer personas, and Ideal Customer Profile development.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in agency, digital marketing, SaaS, or technology-enabled services environments preferred.
