Product Client Success Manager (First Party Casualty)

The Role

At CCC, Client Success is a commercial growth function. Twenty-seven of the top 30 insurance carriers run on CCC. Our Client Success team is responsible for helping customers realize value from their investment, drive adoption, and achieve meaningful business outcomes.

We are actively hiring for multiple Client Success Manager roles focused on First Party Casualty solutions across our organization. Opportunities exist across a range of levels. Regardless of role or level, successful candidates are curious, analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about helping insurance carriers optimize claims operations and achieve better business outcomes.

Specific responsibilities and account assignments will vary based on the role, level, and business need.

Salary range is:
$78,556 - $120,000.00
This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build deep expertise in First Party Casualty claims workflows, industry trends, and CCC solutions that support carriers throughout the claims lifecycle. 

• Partner with carrier customers to drive adoption, utilization, and business value realization across assigned solutions. 

• Identify operational challenges, claims process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities that can be addressed through CCC technology. 

• Demonstrate measurable value and ROI by aligning solution capabilities to customer business objectives, claims outcomes, and operational metrics. 

• Support customers with workflow optimization, best practice recommendations, and expansion of solution use cases. 

• Partner with Strategic Client Success Managers, Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams to execute account strategies and achieve customer goals. 

• Share industry insights, emerging trends, and best practices to help customers maximize the value of their CCC investment. 

How Success Is Measured​

• Time to Value: Time from contract to first meaningful usage​
• Adoption: % increase in utilization by product by client​
• Renewal & Expansion: Net revenue retention within existing accounts​

Requirements:

Qualifications may vary depending on the position and level. Ideal candidates will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, First Party Casualty Claims, Client Success, Account Management, Consulting, Operations, or related roles. 

• Deep understanding of first party casualty claims processes, workflows, claim handling practices, and carrier operations. 

• Experience working directly with insurance carriers, claims organizations, or insurance technology solutions. 

• Ability to quickly develop expertise in complex technology solutions and connect them to customer business outcomes. 

• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive action. 

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into meaningful customer value and operational impact. 

• Intellectually curious, asking thoughtful questions and quickly getting to the root of business challenges. 

• Comfortable working in ambiguity, developing a point of view, testing approaches, and adjusting as needed. 

• Commercial mindset with accountability for customer outcomes, retention, and growth. 

• Experience supporting claims transformation, digital claims initiatives, or operational process improvement efforts is preferred.
