🚨 MAJOR OPPORTUNITY: BRING YOUR ESCROW TEAM 🚨
People’s Title LLC is looking for established escrow teams of 2 or more who are ready to build something bigger.
This is not a typical job opening.
We are looking for an Escrow Officer + Assistant team, or larger established team, with an identifiable and producing pipeline of business.
THE OPPORTUNITY
If your team already knows how to generate and close business, People’s Title can provide the platform, infrastructure, underwriting relationships, technology and operational support to help you scale.
Income potential: $250,000–$800,000+ annually for the team, depending on production, transaction mix, premium revenue and the compensation structure negotiated.
The formula is simple:
Bring a real pipeline. Produce consistently. Participate aggressively in the revenue you create.
We are particularly interested in teams capable of building toward 35, 50, 70+ closings per month.
WE WANT TO TALK TO TEAMS THAT HAVE:
- 2+ experienced title professionals
- A strong Escrow Officer leading the team
- An identifiable book or pipeline of business
- Realtor, lender, builder, investor or commercial relationships
- Strong communication and customer service
- The ability and desire to grow production
- Experience with Qualia is strongly preferred

Prior to People’s Title, Johnnie earned his reputation through leadership roles at prestigious brokerages such as Coldwell Banker, Fathom, Better Homes and Gardens, and JPAR. In 2016, he founded The Morine Group, REALTORS, under The Morine Group, LLC, a boutique brokerage known for high performance and client care. His business portfolio has since expanded to include Morine Empire Realty & Associates and Sayso Empire, a real estate holding firm.
