ProVest LLC is seeking experienced and reliable Process Servers to join our growing network in Idaho. We provide civil process services for law firms, financial institutions, and other legal clients throughout the state.

Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs.

We are currently seeking process servers who can provide reliable coverage in the following Idaho areas:

• Boise / Ada County
• Meridian / Nampa – Ada and Canyon Counties
• Twin Falls / Twin Falls County
• Idaho Falls / Bonneville County
• Pocatello / Bannock County
• Coeur d’Alene / Kootenai County
• Lewiston / Nez Perce County
• Moscow / Latah County
• Rexburg / Madison County
• Mountain Home / Elmore County

Additional coverage areas may also be available depending on location and demand.

Ideal Candidates Include

• experienced Process Servers
• Licensed Private Investigators
• Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals
• Individuals with experience serving legal documents

Key Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts at varied times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends when necessary
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents via FedEx or email
• Complete required service attempts and accurately document each attempt
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest’s mobile applications to:
  • Upload photo evidence of addresses
  • Submit detailed attempt notes
  • Record service or non-service outcomes
  • Submit required documentation

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• Smartphone capable of running mobile applications
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments efficiently
