Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is a leading multi-national consumer packaged goods company (CPG), specializing in the sales of Cranberry products. Formed as a Grower-Owned Cooperative in 1930, Ocean Spray® is owned by a diverse network of over 700 Cranberry Farmers. Who We are Looking For: 

The process development team at Ocean Spray Cranberries is committed to producing our high-quality branded products in locations throughout the world as well as exploring innovative technologies to unlock the potential of cranberries for the future. We fulfill that commitment by designing and executing scale-up strategies to bring the vision of our talented product developers to life at full-scale. We work in the laboratory, in our own scale-up plant, and at production facilities located in the United State and abroad. As an intern for this team, we are looking for someone passionate about data analysis and engineering, who will work with cross functional teams to execute their collective vision. 

What You Will Do & What You Will Learn: 

You will gain hands-on experience with mass and heat transfer while supporting the development and improvement of food and beverage manufacturing processes. You will work alongside an accomplished team of engineers with varied backgrounds and experiences.  

What You’ll Need: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed (as of Winter/Spring 2026) Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Food) 

• Previous Laboratory or Work Experience 

• Microsoft Office Proficiency and advanced Excel knowledge. 

• Curiosity and will to learn 

• Knowledge and Basic understanding of Experimental Design 

Hourly Pay Range: 

$25.00 - $32.00  

Duration & Location: 

• Position will start June 8, 2027, and run for 6 months. 

• Traditional work week but with summer Fridays 8:00am-12:30pm; flexibility and off-site work may be required for project travel, experimental test runs, customer discovery.    

• This position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA (about 45 minutes south of Boston, Exit 6 off Route 495), with opportunities to work at our pilot plant located at 152 Bridge Street in Middleboro, MA.
