Position Details

Compensation: $19.50 to $21.00

Location: Must be willing and able to travel to any Applewood Our House location.
- All Homes located close together in Lakewood and Arvada.

Schedule: Requires high flexibility to cover call-offs, open shifts, and staff PTO.
What You’ll Do

Medication Administration: Administer medications with precision and care in full compliance with Colorado regulations across various households.

Adaptable Care: Provide gentle, dignified assistance with ADLs, quickly adapting to the specific needs of different residents.

Dementia Support: Use your expertise to respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia with patience and grace.

Vital Communication: Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to the local household team.
Requirements

Certification: Must hold a Valid Colorado QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) certification.

Flexibility: Total commitment to a flexible schedule and the ability to work at different locations as needed.

Experience: Previous caregiving or memory care experience is preferred.

Reliability: Must be highly dependable, especially when covering urgent staffing needs.
