PRN Surgical Services Aide, (as needed)

Valley View is seeking a Surgical Services Aide to work DAYS, PRN (as needed).  As a Surgical Services Aide, you will provide support to the surgical team under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include transporting patients, preparing equipment and supplies, stocking supplies, cleaning surgical department, transporting specimens and assisting in room turnover. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Current BLS through the American Heart Association
• CNA license or experience preferred
• Operating Room experience preferred
• Housekeeping experience in hospital setting preferred
• Physical conditions require frequent walking, bending, stooping and squatting; occasionally sit, occasionally lift, carry, push, pull maximum up to 50lbs with assistance

SALARY

• Base Rate + PRN Differential Pay
