Responsibilities

Provide and oversee resident care in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility standards
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents and promptly respond to changes in condition
Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding resident care
Supervise and support STNA team members
Complete accurate and timely documentation and charting
Assist with staff orientation and training as needed
Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
