- The PRN Registered Nurse at HOMECARE COMPANY OF TENNESSEE LLC will provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to established healthcare standards. This part-time position is designed to offer flexible scheduling while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively, providing critical care as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional nursing practice and adhere to all regulatory requirements.Qualifications: Required Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home healthcare or a similar setting.
- Experience in providing patient care and managing patient treatment plans in a homecare environment is highly desirable.
