PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Acute Care

PT Solutions is proud to partner with Ascension St. Vincent Health System to provide comprehensive and specialized physical therapy services. Our clinic is located at the main hospital campus, which houses 376 beds, ensuring patients receive top-tier medical care across a wide range of services. 

Ascension St. Vincent Health System holds several prestigious certifications, including: 

• Evansville Orthopedics: Joint Certified 

• Evansville Inpatient: Level II Trauma Center, Joint Certified, Stroke Certified 

Our clinic also specializes in advanced rehabilitation techniques and therapies, including: 

• Wound Care: Expert care for healing and recovery of chronic and complex wounds. 

• Splinting: Customized splints to aid in recovery and improve functional outcomes. 

• Early Mobility: Specialized programs designed to promote early movement, improving patient recovery and reducing complications.

Your Responsibilities as a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Acute Care

• Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community 

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association

Pay Range

$35 - $38 / hour

*Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
