PRN (As-Needed) Nurse - LPN/RN

Wood Violet Recovery - located in Dodgeville, WI, just 45 minutes from Madison - is a voluntary, residential treatment center for adults experience substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, and low-acuity mental health diagnoses.

We are looking to build our PRN nursing pool to help support our clients - and our nursing team. Behavioral health nursing is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly meaningful work. You’ll have a central nurse station as your home base, with clients coming to you throughout the shift, allowing for both structure and variety in your day. 

Schedule
*Must work 1 shift per calendar month to maintain active PRN status.

• 6:00am - 6:30pm
• 6:00pm - 6:30am

Compensation (Based on Licensure & Experience)
We believe in transparent, fair compensation based on licensure level and clinical experience:

• LPN: $30 - $34/hour
• RN: $41 - $45/hour
• Overnight shift differential

What You'll Do

• Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans.
• Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits.
• Administer medications and document accurately.
• Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion.
• Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols.
• Collaborate closely with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards.

What You'll Bring

• Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license (required).
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
