What You’ll Do:

Deliver personal care and support in residents’ homes
Help with ambulation, mobility, transfers, and daily needs
Promote independence and safety
Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to read and write English, follow directions (oral and written) and communicate with residents and staff.
CNA certification + listed on NC Nurse Aide Registry
Successful completion of a state approved nurse aid program.

Desired (But Not Required) Qualifications:

Experience in senior care, long-term care or geriatric experience
