Salary: $45-60 an hour, DOE

What You'll Do:
- Provide speech-language pathology services in home health settings
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine communication and swallowing needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology, particularly in geriatrics and home health
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington state
- Current BLS certification
- One to two years of experience as an SLP preferred
- Home health or hospice experience preferred, but not required
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile
