Position Summary

SpringCreek Fertility is seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Fertility Ultrasonographer to join our collaborative clinical team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations that support fertility evaluations and treatment plans. This is a PRN (as-needed) position with hours varying from 8 to 40 hours per week, primarily to provide coverage during staff PTO and other scheduling needs. Availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed, is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality transvaginal and pelvic ultrasound examinations for fertility patients.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging and exceptional patient care.
• Document ultrasound findings accurately and thoroughly in patient records.
• Explain procedures to patients in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.
• Adhere to all safety, infection prevention, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for patient care.
• Support a positive, respectful, and patient-centered environment for patients and colleagues.
• Contribute to the delivery of outstanding fertility care through professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, or women's health.
• Strong proficiency in transvaginal and pelvic ultrasound imaging techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
