The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Solution Marketing Manager to help define how UserTesting brings its capabilities together to solve important customer problems across UX research, design, product, and emerging AI use cases.

In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers, their workflows, and the challenges they are trying to solve. You’ll translate those needs into clear, compelling solutions that connect UserTesting’s platform, participant network, AI-powered capabilities, and expert services.

You’ll work across established audiences such as UX researchers, designers, and product teams while also helping us explore and build solutions for emerging markets and use cases, including organizations developing AI-powered products and experiences.

You’ll turn complex customer needs and capabilities into clear narratives, use cases, go-to-market plays, campaigns, and commercial tools that help our teams communicate the value of UserTesting and bring new solutions to market.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions around customer needs. Understand the problems, priorities, and workflows of key audiences, including UX research, design, product, and other teams responsible for building and improving customer experiences.
• Build deep audience and market expertise. Develop a strong understanding of customer roles, buying dynamics, workflows, emerging trends, and how their needs are evolving as AI changes how products and experiences are created.
• Turn capabilities into market-ready solutions. Connect products, participant access, AI-powered capabilities, professional services, and other offerings into propositions and use cases that address meaningful customer problems.
• Develop clear solution narratives and messaging. Translate complex capabilities into differentiated, customer-centered stories that resonate with both practitioners and business leaders.
• Support go-to-market strategy and execution. Partner with Product, Sales, Solution Consulting, Campaigns, and other Marketing teams to prioritize opportunities, develop campaigns and solution plays, and bring new offerings to market.
• Enable Sales and strategic opportunities. Create messaging, presentations, tools, and guidance that help commercial teams understand customer needs and communicate how UserTesting can help.
• Bring market insight back into the business. Gather input from customers, prospects, Sales, and internal teams to identify emerging needs, refine solutions, and inform future product and go-to-market priorities.
• Help shape emerging AI solutions. Apply the same customer-centered approach to new AI-related use cases and markets as UserTesting expands how it supports teams building and evaluating AI-powered products and experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, GTM Strategy, Customer Insights, UX Research, or a related discipline.
• Experience marketing or developing solutions for complex B2B or enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to understand customer problems, workflows, and buying dynamics and translate them into clear solutions, messaging, positioning, and use cases.
• Experience working with one or more audiences such as UX research, design, product management, customer experience, insights, or other teams responsible for understanding customers and building experiences.
• Strong customer discovery, storytelling, go-to-market, sales enablement, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, and other functions and turn multiple capabilities into a cohesive customer proposition.
• Curiosity and comfort learning new technologies, markets, and customer problems.
• Experience with AI, AI-powered products, developer technologies, data platforms, or other emerging technology markets is a plus. Familiarity with areas such as AI evaluation, agents, human feedback, or AI product development is helpful.
