Job Summary
The Principal Program Manager is responsible for leading Information Security's strategic vendor relationship management and merger & acquisition (M&A) security integration programs. This role serves as a key liaison between Information Security, business leaders, Procurement, Legal, Enterprise Architecture, Corporate Development, and external partners to ensure third-party security relationships are effectively managed and acquired entities are securely integrated into the organization.
A successful candidate will establish governance frameworks, drive strategic security partnerships with key suppliers, oversee security due diligence activities, and lead post-acquisition security integration efforts. This role requires a combination of cybersecurity expertise, program management excellence, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
NOTE: This is a WFH role. Sponsorship is not available including if you are currently on OPT.
Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelors Degree and 7 years business Experience with the entire software development lifecycle from inception to development to testing to production deployment and maintenance; OR Technical certification and 9 Experience with the entire software development lifecycle from inception to development to testing to production deployment and maintenance; OR 10 years business Experience with the entire software development lifecycle from inception to development to testing to production deployment and maintenance.
*Experience managing cybersecurity vendors, governance, and strategic partnerships.
*Experience supporting cybersecurity due diligence and M&A integration activities.
*Strong communication and executive presentation skills with a focus on risk and strategic recommendations.
*Knowledge of project and timekeeping systems (e.g. Clarity PPM).
*Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PPT, Word, Project .
*Ability to influence (indirect reports, project stakeholders, and executives).
*Ability to manage in a matrixed organization.
*Ability to handle ambiguity.
*Takes ownership and accountability for outcomes.
*Drives for results and drives certainty in delivery.
*Structured, organized and methodical in execution.
*Develops trusted relationships and demonstrates deep interpersonal skills.
*Agility and flexibility to adapt to constantly changing priorities.
*Organizational / political savvy, including negotiation skills and sales and/or contract origination experience.
*Teamwork and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Intermediate, independent cybersecurity certification (CISM, CISSP, Security+, GIAC or equivalents)

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$146,700.00 - $272,400.00
