Principal - Client AI Strategy & Ecosystem Solutions

Job Purpose

As the Principal of Client AI Strategy & Ecosystem Solutions, you will sit at the intersection of Go-to-Market (GTM) execution and technical innovation. You will act as the premier strategic advisor to our most critical enterprise clients, architecting and delivering high-impact AI Ecosystem solutions centered on AI Native storage.

You will own senior stakeholder relationships, mapping complex enterprise business challenges to cutting-edge agentic architectures. This role is a high-visibility, fast-track leadership opportunity; you will not only design the frameworks that drive client AI transformation at a massive scale, but you will also shape our internal ecosystem strategy, scaling a team and a playbook to define the next era of enterprise automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Client AI Strategy & Solutioning: Partner directly with Fortune 500 executives and technical leaders to scope, structure, and design agentic workflow solutions that solve pointed operational bottlenecks and unlock massive business impact
• Architect Scalable Agentic Workflows: Create clear, repeatable strategic frameworks and technical blueprints that help enterprise clients assess, deploy, and scale multi-agent systems and AI ecosystem integrations
• Own Cross-Functional Ecosystem Initiatives: Lead initiatives from initial discovery to production-level design, coordinating closely with internal Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure client feedback directly influences the core platform
• Synthesize Market & Tech Trends: Gather and build a thorough understanding of the rapidly evolving LLM, RAG, and AI agent landscapes to identify emerging threats, partnership ecosystems, and long-term enterprise growth opportunities
• Build Value Blueprints: Develop structured business cases, ROI models, and data-driven proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate strategic hypotheses and justify large-scale enterprise resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications

• The Agentic Mindset: Deep, specialized understanding of the AI ecosystem, with hands-on exposure to agentic workflow design, multi-agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, and enterprise integration patterns
• Elite Stakeholder & GTM Communication: Proven ability to command a room of executive stakeholders by translating granular technical details, prompt design, and data architectures into a compelling, value-driven storyline
• Structured & Ambiguous Problem Solving: Strong structured thinking with the ability to walk into unstructured client environments, diagnose complex corporate workflows, and build an execution roadmap
• Entrepreneurial & High-Energy: A curious, self-starting professional who thrives in a "high-growth/start-up paced" ecosystem and is looking to actively step into people and technical leadership roles

Preferred Experience

• 4–7+ years of professional experience split between tier-one Technology/Management Consulting (e.g., Big 4) and a highly technical, customer-facing Sales Engineering / Solution Architecture / GTM Strategy role at a cutting-edge AI or SaaS enterprise platform.
• Proven track record of deploying complex data analytics, cloud, or AI initiatives for large-scale enterprise clients
• Direct experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks and modern SaaS GTM strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus
