Join a Patient-Centered Outpatient Primary Care Practice

An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, physician-focused team in Litchfield, Connecticut. Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient, office-based primary care
• Adult patient population (18+)
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Weekday schedule only
• Flexible scheduling, including an available 4-day work week
• Minimal phone-only call:
  • Approximately one weekday every 6 weeks
  • Approximately two weekend call rotations annually
• Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment

Qualifications
