Radwell International is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Coordinator to join our Pricing team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate pricing data, supporting product catalog growth, and ensuring product information, images, and pricing are displayed correctly across company platforms. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support pricing strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Import and maintain price files and discount schedules within company pricing systems
• Update pricing systems with accurate and timely pricing information
• Conduct market research and provide feedback regarding competitive pricing trends
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support quote requests and customer pricing inquiries
• Serve as a point of contact for Sales regarding pricing discrepancies and pricing-related questions
• Support product catalog maintenance, including product information, images, and pricing data
• Meet established productivity goals for price imports, photo imports, and research activities
• Ensure pricing projects and import deadlines are completed accurately and on time
• Assist with cross-functional departmental projects and additional assignments as needed

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Market research and analysis experience required
• Industrial product knowledge is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

Compensation & Bonus

The recruiting base salary for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This role is eligible for commission after successful completion of the introductory 90-day period.

Work Schedule

This full-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Overtime may be available with prior approval based on business needs.
