Job Details: Job Location: LaVergne, TN - La Vergne, TN, Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.00Hourly, Press Operators 1st shift 6am-2:30pm 

Anchor Fabrication

Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in LaVergne, Tennessee is seeking experienced Press and Punch Operators for the 2nd shift.

Set up and operate all Punch & Press operations to produce quality parts.
Conducts preventative as scheduled

Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.
Troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed. Work with Maintenance on major issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

Experience in the metal fabrication industries is a plus.
Punch & Press Operation experience preferred
Mechanically adept.
Blueprint reading
Good math skills
G/D & T Knowledge preferred but not required

Education:

High School or Equivalent
Technical School Experience a plus

Schedule:

8 hour shift- with mandatory overtime

La Vergne, TN 37086: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
Press brake machine: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

1st shift 6am-2:30pm
