Shifts Available: 1st shift, 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri), 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Mon–Fri)

Hourly Rate based on experience​ and will be discussed during initial phone screen

• Oversee press operation under the guidance of the Press Operator or Supervisor
• Prepare and execute press changeovers efficiently and accurately
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production standards
• Train and support press assistants on operational procedures
• Perform preventative maintenance activities according to company protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and report any safety-related issues immediately
• Maintain accurate records of quality, production, and waste
• Perform other duties as assigned to support press operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in press operations or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to learn and follow operational and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ability to work in team environment
