St. Joseph Catholic School is seeking a nurturing, energetic, and faith-filled educator to lead our 3-year-old and 4-year-old preschool classroom. Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for 3- and 4-year-old students
Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
Support the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills

Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and development

Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 3–5) preferred
Strong understanding of child development and early learning best practices
Ability to create engaging, structured, and developmentally appropriate lessons
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education
