What You'll Do
As a Preschool Teacher, you'll:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
What We're Looking For an Assistant Teacher
- Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
- 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center.
- A passion for inspiring young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
What We're Looking For a Lead Teacher
- Minimum of an Associates Degree in Education or a related field.
- 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center.
- A passion for inspiring young learners.

Hourly rate: $16.15- $23.50 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
