Minnesota National Golf Club & Resort is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is vital in supporting our kitchen staff and ensuring guests enjoy high-quality meals made with care and consistency. Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Prepare basic sauces, dressings, and other ingredients
- Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes
- Label, date, and store food items properly
- Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support cooks and chefs with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to learn and take direction

The 7,200-yard, bent grass 18-hole championship course has five tee boxes for all skill levels. There's also a blue grass 9-hole executive course featuring junior tees for families and those who like a more leisurely, less challenging round of golf. The course is miles from the nearest freeway and will be semi-private with gated access to pristine homes and townhomes.
