Job Details: Job Location: Main - MASON, OH, Salary Range: Undisclosed, General Purpose of Position:

The Prasco Seasonal Staff employee is dedicated to the seamless support of Prasco and Prasco Park events. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the success of both business and events.

The role is seasonal and will be paid at an hourly rate.  During the fall/winter 2026 season, the successful candidate will follow the schedule set by the department.  This may include working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays – with shift lengths of up to 12 hours per day.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Duties/Responsibilities

1

Proactively provide excellent customer service to every guest of Prasco and Prasco Park

2

Provide accurate & prompt food service to all guests (concessions and cafe)

3

Assist in maintaining safe and well-organized events

4

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facility

5

Perform various administrative tasks

6

Assist with production work; this includes running cameras, music. replays, video boards, etc.

7

Attend training, staff meetings as required

8

Willingness to assist with additional projects as desired by department

Qualifications: Work Shift:

This position works days/nights and weekends. Onsite Mason, OH

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable and self-motivated
Flexibility
Professional appearance and demeanor 

Education and Experience:

College experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:     

Ability to perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions such as rain, cold/hot days if necessary.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and execute other duties associated with set-up of events.
