Summary
The PowerBI Engineer will build and maintain LENS California dashboards while integrating complex healthcare data sets including claims, eligibility, and provider information. They are responsible for ensuring data accuracy, security, and usability while refining reporting requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Job Description
Build and maintain LENS California dashboards and required weekly/monthly reporting.
Combine Atrezzo activity and outcomes with claims, eligibility, provider, PRISM, and WP2 data.
Report on outreach attempts, member contact, FFS provider connections, provider availability gaps, scheduled appointments, completed follow-up appointments, and members remaining in the outreach cycle.
Refine dashboards as DHCS and Gainwell finalize reporting requirements and operational definitions.
Maintain refreshes, validation, security, usability, documentation, and consistent metric definitions through the stabilization period.
Retain flexibility to scale the contractor’s allocation after the initial dashboard build if reporting volume and change requests stabilize.
