Part-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist – California

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive California school district for a part-time, school-based role for the upcoming academic year. This is a meaningful opportunity to work directly with elementary-aged students and support their growth in the areas of learning, independence, and everyday functional skills within an engaging school environment.

In this role, you will provide in-person occupational therapy services across district campuses while collaborating with teachers, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams. You will help students strengthen essential skills such as fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care routines, and classroom participation—ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed both academically and socially.

Requirements

1. Ability to provide in-person services at school sites.
2. School-based experience preferred but not required.
3. Active or eligible Occupational Therapy license in the state of California.
