Job Description
STUDENT PROGRAM FORMAT:
This student program follows a format in which participants work remotely during the academic year (September through April) and onsite during the summer (May through August). Remote work must be performed from a location within the United States.
During the academic year, students who reside in the Metro Detroit area are highly encouraged to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, as their schedules permit.
During the academic year, students are expected to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Students selected for the program will work with their manager to establish a consistent weekly schedule that fulfills the 24-hour requirement while accommodating their class schedule.
During the summer months (May through August), students are expected to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Students may be required to relocate and may work up to 40 hours per week during this period, based on business needs and management discretion. Relocation assistance may be available to students who meet specific eligibility requirements.
Student program cohorts begin quarterly in January, April, June, and September. Students are intended to remain in the program through graduation.

Students will be assigned to a department based on the candidate's background and skill set. The assignments are project-oriented, meaningful to the department, and allow the student to provide valuable contributions. Students experience a sense of personal accomplishment and learn about the corporate business culture through work assignments, structured activities, and exclusive student networking events. |

DEPARTMENT DETAILS:
The North America Portfolio Planning team is responsible for long-range product and business planning, shaping the region’s strategic vision. We analyze consumer trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to develop strategies that support future growth and business objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Support product planning initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and evaluating strategic scenarios.
- Synthesize consumer, competitive, and sales data to identify opportunities in the North American automotive market.
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that support key business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape future product strategies.

Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Finance or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at the time of hire
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round
- Willingness to relocate, if necessary

- Strong interest in automotive industry
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Creative / resourceful information mining and fact seeking skills
