📋 Position: Part-Time Porter
📍 Location: Aurora Apartments, Tampa, FL
🕗 Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm

✨ Responsibilities:
· Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
· Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
· Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
· Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
· Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
· Adhere to company policies and seek out opportunities for personal growth
✅ Qualifications:
Education
· High school diploma or GED required
Experience
· 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
· Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a plus
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills & Certifications
· Valid Driver's License required
