The Porter/Housekeeper is essential to maintaining the pristine condition and welcoming atmosphere of our venue. You will ensure all public and private spaces are immaculately maintained, creating an environment where fans (guests) and team members feel valued and cared for. This role demands attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactions
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, event spaces, and common areas
• Empty and replace trash and recycling containers while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet vacuuming
• Deep clean assigned areas on a rotating schedule, including walls, fixtures, and surfaces
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest or staff requests for cleaning assistance
• Maintain and organize cleaning supply inventory; report low stock levels
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including floor buffers, pressure washers, and carpet cleaning machines
• Communicate proactively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules during events and peak hours
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed
• Maintain a positive, optimistic demeanor that reflects our commitment to hospitality
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to management immediately
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Demonstrates the ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, while adhering to all company policies and procedures outlined in training materials and the employee handbook

Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping or porter experience in a hospitality, venue, or corporate setting
• Proficiency with cleaning equipment and products
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to effectively monitor and manage employees and contractors.
• Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
