Essential duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
Maintain exterior areas
Collect and sort trash
Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
Qualifications: Qualifications, skills and abilities:
High School diploma or equivalent
One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required
Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime
Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday - 7am - 3:30pm, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday - 12pm - 8:30pm, Thursday & Friday - OFF
Salary Range:
$24.62 - 30.78/ hr.
