We’re looking for a Groundskeeper who’s hands-on, takes pride in clean, safe surroundings, and enjoys being outside while making our communities shine.
What You’ll Do:
Keep lawns, trees, and flower beds looking their best—mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning
Walk the property daily to pick up litter and keep common areas clean and inviting
Monitor sprinklers and drainage to keep the landscape healthy and water-smart
Apply fertilizers and other treatments as needed to support plant growth and prevent pests
Maintain laundry rooms and help with light painting or curb marking around the property
Support the maintenance team with apartment trash-outs, notice postings, and reporting repair needs
Qualifications: What You’ll Bring:
A professional, friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Confidence handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma.
Minimum of six months related experience
Compensation & Benefits:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE
