Pool Attendant

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pool Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation: $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Pool Attendant:

• Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures. 
• Maintains understanding of operating procedures for pool.
• Completes checklist for opening, closing, and daily procedures.
• Takes direction from Pool Supervisor.
• Assists in the implementation of special events.
• Provides safe environment within facilities and activities.
• Processes recreation reservations as needed.
• Setting up furniture and pool umbrellas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Checking in Members to the pool area and general cleaning duties.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Possess a high level of energy, initiative, enthusiasm, cooperation, and exercise good judgment and discretion.
• Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift to 50 lbs., up to 30 lbs. frequently, and up to 20 lbs. constantly.
• Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting. Works indoors and outdoors.
• This is a weekend position. Saturday 8-6 and Sunday 11-5.

Minimum Qualifications for the Pool Attendant: 

• No prior experience or training

Other Qualifications:

•  CPR and First Aid Certification
