What You Can Expect

Polymer Process Production Operator will be working to make raw material for manufacturing at a high level of discipline to fill the demand of production quantities.

How You'll Create Impact

• Making of Vitamin E Solution
• Blending Vitamin E Resin
• Submitting samples to ATS Lab for testing
• Compression Molding of Polymer resin
• CNC Machining of Molded polymer slabs
• Packing & Shipping work orders to vendors

What Makes You Stand Out

• Strong knowledge of all relevant machinery, tooling, measuring, and gauging equipment and use of proper handling methods in assigned areas. Thorough understanding of production processes in area.
• Knowledge of proper set-ups for machinery, blue-prints, routers, and set-up files.
• Adequate knowledge of parts required to produce quality assembly per functional and cosmetic requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees including production employees, Management and Technical professionals.
• Must be able to meet all technical and physical requirements of primary job function (must be able to lift 70pounds).
• Must possess strong verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours as required by the production schedules.
• Must perform at a high level of Quality.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
