Rental Shop Attendant
Seasonal Position 2026-2027
Perfect North Slopes
The Rental Shop is a fun atmosphere that presents the opportunity to directly influence the customer experience. By working with a team of friends and co-workers, Rental Shop Attendants perform a variety of tasks from fitting boots to tuning skis and snowboards. The Rental Shop can experience both bustling and quieter times that keep variation in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide guidance.
Rental equipment: Assist customers with selecting equipment, and advise on how to properly size and fit equipment.
Equipment maintenance: Inspect returned equipment, and identify maintenance needs.
Shop upkeep: Keep the Rental Shop clean and organized, and perform tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and emptying trash as needed.
Stocking: Restock products and notify supervisor of shortages.
Teamwork: Work with fellow team members to create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 14 years old by 11/1/2026 to apply.
All employees age 18+ will complete a background check upon hire.
Pay Rate:
$13.50 per hour
$13.00 per hour for entry level/limited role jobs
Employees may receive a pay raise with each year of experience working at Perfect North Slopes.
The Rental Shop is planning to hire approximately 70 new employees.
