- 10+ years in PMO leadership roles
- Must have Telecom industry experience
- Strong expertise in large program governance and reporting
- Experience in outsourcing transitions or transformation programs
- Advanced skills in MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- Own RAID logs, reporting cadence, and dashboards
- Track program milestones, dependencies, and risks
- PMP / PgMP certification
