With good pay, extensive benefits and a family atmosphere, we are seeking an energetic team member to take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas within the resort.

Pay $ 15.00 Hourly
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age
Reports to: Executive Housekeeper
This position is a P.M. shift. Schedules are typically 3:00 – 11:00 or 4:00 – 12:00 a.m. Holiday and weekends will be required
As a Public Space Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the public areas, public bathrooms, lobby and back of the house areas such as employee bathrooms, locker rooms, pool and fitness center, according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.
Responsibilities include:
Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, offices, and other work areas.
Sweep, scrub, and polish floors using brooms and mops.
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaner and shampoo machines.
Dust furniture and equipment.
Polish metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
Empty and clean wastebaskets and ashtrays.
Transport garbage and waste to disposal area.
Replenish common area bathroom supplies.
Qualifications: Personal Skills
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
Ability to accurately report information.
Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures; hold subordinates accountable for same.
Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
Consistently maintains positive demeanor.
Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.
Conducts him\herself, acts and dresses professionally at all times.

Physical Requirements
Minimum lifting and pulling of 20 pounds.

Sixteen small to medium-sized meeting rooms totaling 14,000 square feet are located in close proximity to the Grand Ballroom, offering convenient breakout rooms near your general session. Breakout rooms can be creatively divided into a number of different configurations, and all of the resort’s meeting rooms have individual sound, lighting and temperature controls.
Windgate Hall, utilized frequently for exhibit shows, is located one floor below the Grand Ballroom. With 30,000 square feet, Windgate Hall is the largest exhibit area in central Missouri, accommodating up to 185 8’x10’ booths.
