We're hiring an experienced PM Line Cook to support the evening culinary operation at a large, full-service hotel in Aurora. This temporary position is ideal for a dependable cook who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining consistent quality and food-safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established standards

• Set up and stock the assigned station before service

• Prepare ingredients and complete necessary prep work

• Cook food accurately and efficiently during evening service

• Coordinate with other cooks and kitchen staff to complete orders on time

• Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and product quality

• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures

• Label, date, rotate, and properly store food products

• Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean and organized

• Assist with closing duties and kitchen cleanup

• Communicate product or equipment concerns to kitchen leadership

Experience Required

• Previous professional line-cook experience required

• Hotel or full-service restaurant experience preferred

• Knowledge of basic cooking methods and commercial kitchen equipment

• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, and organization

• Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift kitchen supplies

• Dependable and able to work evening hours based on hotel needs
