Integrated Delivery Network with 36 hospitals, 200+ outpatient primary and
specialty care clinics, a home health and hospice agency, a health plan,
and multiple senior living facilities (Long-Term Care, Assisted Living,
Independent Living).
- About our Project: Avera is
undertaking an enterprise Epic implementation to transition away from
Meditech. We are currently beginning our Configuration phase and plan to
go-live on May 30, 2026, big bang in all our locations as well as in our
25 Community Connect hospital and clinical locations.
