Overview
Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Player Services Representative to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a Player Services Representative, you will be responsible for assisting with all player rewards transactions.

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday night, 4pm-12am

Unit Description
Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 1,500 video gaming machines and brings the thrill of live thoroughbred racing from April to November and year-round simulcast wagering on thoroughbred and harness racing from across the country. Finger Lakes presents various dining options including a large buffet.
Responsibilities
- Enroll guests in the player tracking system, manage accurate data entry, and maintain confidentiality of all guest records and Player Rewards activities
- Deliver exceptional guest service, including answering questions promptly, explaining games, contests, and Player’s Club benefits, and assisting with promotions and giveaways.
- Support marketing initiatives by helping implement on-site promotions, contests, and giveaways to enhance guest engagement.
- Resolve guest concerns effectively, demonstrating strong listening skills and the ability to defuse difficult situations while preserving goodwill.
- Foster positive relationships with guests, team members, and supervisors by modeling professional behavior and mutual respect in all interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills preferred
- Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming Commission license

- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
