Responsibilities:
- Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Stretch, toss, and shape dough to consistent size and thickness
- Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with accuracy and attention to detail
- Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking temperatures and times
- Maintain a clean and organized pizza station throughout each shift
- Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate low stock to kitchen management
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a kitchen, pizzeria, or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
