We are currently hiringĀ Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agents to assist with the embarkation process for guests traveling with:
Disney Cruise Line | Holland America Line | Viking Cruises | Crystal Cruises
ā What You'll Do
As a Cruise Guest Services Agent, you'll be one of theĀ first friendly faces guests meet at the terminal. You'll help make their embarkation experience smooth, organized, and enjoyable by:
- Welcoming and assisting cruise guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting passengers with the check-in and embarkation process
- Using tablets and other technology to complete guest check-in
- Answering guest questions and providing helpful information
- Helping maintain an organized and efficient boarding process
- Working closely with terminal and cruise line teams
- Representing SMS and our cruise line partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Helping create a positive experience for guests from the moment they arrive
š Position Details
- Position: Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agent
- Location: Port Everglades
- Pay: $16.00 ā $16.50 per hour
- Work Setting: In-person
- Weekend availability is required
- Additional weekday availability is preferred
- Fast-paced, team-oriented, and guest-focused environment
